Announces Update to Canadian Maple City Development Project --Project Remains on Schedule--

 Montreal, August. 23, 2014 /  Can-Bangla Builders & Developers Ltd. (CBBDL), a residential real estate developer with a focus on high growth cities in Bangladesh, today announced an update to Canadian Maple City, inside DAP, a detailed area plan by RAJUK-based development project located in Jalkuri  Mowza, in the Dhaka-Narayangonj Link Road neighbourhood of Narayangonj, Dhaka.

 The company debuted construction on this project on December 2014 and the 506,000 sq. foot residential condominium development project site is now active.  The company signed a general contractor for the site in the fourth quarter, after a lengthy selection process and has also selected an exclusive U.S. and Canada listing agent to help the market in the available units to prospective buyers.

Announces New Land Acquisition

Dhaka, Aug. 25, 2014 / Can-Bangla Builders & Developers Ltd (CBBDL), a residential real estate developer with a focus on high growth cities in Bangladesh, announced that it has recently acquired a land parcel inside RAJUK project in DAP (Greater Dhaka City) plan through the Company's 100% owned territory.This land parcel located inside DAP planed the most environment-friendly residential area in Mouza Jalkuri attached to New Narayangonj City in the southwest area Narayangonj City, close to the Dhaka-Narayangonj link road (Highways R111). The land parcel is comprised of two pieces with the larger area intended for residential development and the smaller area for commercial development.
