Announces Update to Canadian Maple City Development Project --Project Remains on Schedule--
Montreal, August. 23, 2014 / Can-Bangla Builders & Developers Ltd. (CBBDL), a residential real estate developer with a focus on high growth cities in Bangladesh, today announced an update to Canadian Maple City, inside DAP, a detailed area plan by RAJUK-based development project located in Jalkuri Mowza, in the Dhaka-Narayangonj Link Road neighbourhood of Narayangonj, Dhaka.
The company debuted construction on this project on December 2014 and the 506,000 sq. foot residential condominium development project site is now active. The company signed a general contractor for the site in the fourth quarter, after a lengthy selection process and has also selected an exclusive U.S. and Canada listing agent to help the market in the available units to prospective buyers.
Mr. Monir Hossain, Managing Director and CEO, commented: "We are excited to have embarked on the physical construction step of the project after a careful and thorough pre-development and preparation phase. We expect to commence pre-sales for this project in the next few months after we secure necessary approvals from various regulatory agencies. We believe the location and timing of this project are ideal, particularly as the housing price skyrocketing remains in full effect. With a strong operational team on the ground, we continue to adopt a very prude approach on the execution front and are committed to ensuring that this project remains on schedule.
Overall, we are encouraged with the progress of all of our active development projects in Bangladesh."

Today's Market Turmoil means Opportunity for Investors & Home-Buyers
"Despite today's continuing market turmoil, our research indicates that there are more buying opportunities now than in the last few years, meaning more investment options and better yields" For real estate investing in Bangladesh (BD) where you won no matter what you bought, now we get back to the market reality where economic fundamentals, not speculation, will once again play the key role in whether a property increases in value or drops. Today's market correction provides buying opportunities for home owners, NRB investors around the world.
Skyrocketing prices are finally ahead; however, over the long term the economic fundamentals of these key regions of Bangladesh, especially in Dhaka's capital region and inside DAP (Detail Areal Plan), the project by the Bangladeshi government will help their property's values dramatically outperform of the DAP prime selection of their residential area zone like Jalkuri Mowza, close to Narayangonj-Dhaka where our "Canadian Maple City" is planned, which it’s 15 minutes from zero point.
